Unbroken provides free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $100.00 AUD. Standard shipping cost within Australia is a flat rate of $10.00 AUD inc. GST, with estimated shipping time between 5 and 10 business days to most metro areas. Express shipping within Australia is free on all orders over $160.00 AUD, or is available for a flat rate of $16.00 AUD inc. GST, with estimated shipping time between 4-7 business days to most metro areas in Australia. International shipping cost is calculated by weight and starts at $14.00 AUD inc. GST, with $2.00 AUD for each additional item, with a maximum cost of $40.00 AUD. Free tracking is available on all orders. Please contact us at any time if you have any enquiries regarding your order. As Unbroken is still a growing company, we are consistently improving shipping times as a matter of priority in order to better serve our customers. Shipping discounts do not apply to product with proceeds being donated to charity.
Returns
Unbroken is currently unable to offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, which includes instances where the customer prefers alternate sizing, or the customer has ordered the incorrect colour or design. Please choose carefully. In the rare event there should be a fault with your garment, Unbroken will gladly provide a replacement or exchange. We are consistently updating and improving our returns policy in order to better serve our customers. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding your order.
