Overview

Orders will be shipped on the same day of purchase if received before 1 pm, Monday - Friday AEST. Orders placed after 1 pm, Monday - Thursday will be shipped the following working day, and orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be shipped Monday morning.

Orders can be sent with either standard or express post.

Shipping within Australia

• Standard: 2 - 5 business days from dispatch*
• Express: 1 - 3 business days from dispatch*
• Free shipping is applied to orders over $100 (Australia Only. Excludes athlete merch.) Use code: UBKN

International Orders

• International Standard: 5 - 20 business days from dispatch*
• International Express: 4 - 15 business days from dispatch*

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with all your tracking details so you can easily keep an eye on your order. Your code may take up to 24 hours to be activated.

International customers will also receive an email or SMS from DHL to manage their delivery options.

Duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various countries outside of Australia.

We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in other countries. If you are unsure of the charges that may apply in your country, please contact your local customs office for more info.
